Project: Promotional band posters

Background: I met the drummer of The Upstairs District while working with him in a small pizza place in my home town. I was already aware of the band and their work, they had made their presence known in my town through numerous releases, exciting shows, and quality merchandise. Getting asked to make a series of posters for the band was an exciting way for me to get further involved in the local music scene.
Objective: Create a series of posters promoting the band to be shared across instagram and on the street.
Product: For the posters I drew inspiration from the bands pre-existing content as well as a number of sources given to me by the band.
