About
My name is Elliot Phifer, and I am a Massachusetts-based second-year design major at Northeastern University. My interest in design developed as a way for me to work with the creative people I was inspired by growing up. Design allowed me to help musicians, local businesses, and sports teams bring their visions to life through a collaboration-focused design process. This passion brought me to a pre-college program at Parsons School of Design at The New School in New York City, where I was exposed to the intensity and creativity of design work.
Since graduating high school I have continued to work within my community, spending my summers working on farms, and coaching youth sports. My time at Northeastern University has allowed me to further pursue the uniquely interdisciplinary design offered at a predominately STEM school. In this time I have been able to learn from architects, graphic designers, software engineers, and city planners, all while continuing my passion as a collegiate ultimate frisbee player.
